Eddison Grey

It's been a month ever since Savannah met that woman the one she's been fawning over . I don't know why and it seems as if I'm starting to fawn over her too . It's just that she so nice and simple . I remember the day she was reprimanding them not to get into fights with older kids. But what intrigues me is that she likes Savannah a lot in a way that shocks me too and she has this great ability to make her open up to her . Savannah. never used to tell anyone anything until that woman came into her life . I have to say im impressed but how she is now I always worried that she would lose her childhood because she was too closed off or too aggressive . I knew I owed her a lot for bringing her into this world for the wrong reasons but I was happy that she was happier. I thought whilst slipping out of my thoughts as I pulled up Christina's driveway . " Get down Savannah we're here I call out to her as she jumps out and rans towards the door , quickly opening it and yelling out I'm here . I followed closely right behind her as I entered and saw christina leaning down and grabbing Savannah into a loving hug . Before letting her go ." Morning little angel , how are you today." She told Savannah whilst smiling . Before sheade her way into the kitchen with Savannah right behind her . I looked at the designs it was simple yet very colourful and lively . I liked actually it felt very homey and what made it worse the scent of freshly baked muffins filled the room making my stomach growl . " What are you making auntie mac .". Savannah asked enthusiastically as she watched Christina pull out a whole tray of muffins out the oven and closing the oven door with her leg. " I'm baking chocolate chip muffins sweetheart .". Hs esaid as she removed them from the try and placed them on a giant plate. I remember receiving the shock of my life when Savannah asked if she could help and she had her wear a tiny apron probably belonged to her son and a pair of tiny mittens as she started picking off muffins too . As she smiled brightly as she conversed with the woman . I had never seen savannah this happy so I pulled out my phone and snapped several pictures of her as she was helping out . Then she helped mixing and making the icing as well as icing the muffins cutely then placing them in the fridge before ran off to see her friend. Christina continued making her food. When I cleared my voice " hey Umm Christina ." I greeted her. " Hey you're still here come on in grab your self a drink , water or a fruit what ever you choice , if you want a coffee the the coffee machine is right there and the coffee beans are right next to it. " She said signalling me to the fridge . I stepped into the kitchen and stopped for a while watching her doing several multiple stuff at the same time her small petite figure was here and there all over the room it was only when she stopped to taste some soup was when I could clearly see her . She was wearing a very casual dress floral and cute rather a little too short for my liking , it actually made me feel a bit insecure. Regardless I grabbed a bottle of flavoured water while glancing at what else was in the fridge and saw several fruits everything was so healthy. I have to say I was actually having a good time until her laptop that was on the counter rang and It was a call from one Zack miller . Which she swiftly answered. I listened to her as she turned down his offer to come help her here before she mentioned that she had made a new friend and he asked her for proof the new friend and she looked soo lost until she saw me making my way to the other side of the room . That's when she looked at me pitfullly and mouthed please to me before she responded I did make a Friend . That was when he asked for the friend's name before she called out Eddison . I remember how he emphasized that she should let him help and she kept refusing . That was when she told him not to worry that her new friend would help her out and protect her . That was when she simply turned the camera slightly to me then saying you see that's my friend right there no bye gotta run. " Thanks it means a lot ," she sighed before she picked up a remote to turn the volume playing up for a bit . " Boyfriend ?" I asked her seriously . Before she replied no that's my best friend before explaining how she doesn't want to drag him into her mess . And then she screamed at the song that was now Playing as she sang along to it within matter of minutes she was done placing several really amazing looking dishes on the counter before she asked me to go call out Savannah and her son to come eat as I followed the passage to the end the of the passage to a playroom like closet . Where they were playing soccer on he carpet it wasn't a big room tho but it was nice when Savannah kicked the ball to me and I helped to score and I don't know how I ended up playing against them . It was actually really nice we played for a few minutes before Christina followed to call us I remember the disappointed look she gave me as she led everyone out of the room that's when I noticed that this apartment was very small. It only had that room , a bathroom and toilet , the dining and lounge where connected on an arc where the counter was and a small home office and one bedroom . She snapped me out of my thoughts when she told people to wash their hands I was now staring at my phone checking for updates when I heard the absence of chatter and started to feel as if someone was staring me that's when I lifted my head to see everyone looking at me . " Join us will you." I tried to reject but still . I eventually had the breakfast and when I was halfway through I got a call of something urgent that needed my attention . I took one last close look at the muffins I was enjoying and was about to get up and excuse myself when Christina noticed how I had before looking at the muffins theb she offered to packed them up for me she did that very quickly by the time I got to the door she was holding a purple lunch bag that she handed to me right when my assistant pulled up when I was recieving the lunch bag . After that we exchanged a few pleasantries on what time I'll I'd be coming to pick Savannah up before I left and she only offered me a warm smile. For some reason I was excited to finish what I was doing so that I can see her face . I only laugh to myself before sliding into the rear seats of my car.
